Before purchase

TLTO Free is provided so you can evaluate the core workflow and basic compatibility before purchasing Pro.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown during Stripe checkout until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Refund requests

If TLTO cannot operate as described on a supported PC and our support team cannot resolve the problem, contact us promptly with the purchase email and a description of the issue. Refund eligibility depends on applicable consumer law, the purchase circumstances and usage of the licence.

How to cancel or ask for help

Email support@tltostudio.uk from the address used to purchase. We will help identify the subscription and explain the next step. Nothing on this page limits statutory consumer rights.
